This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of large and small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. This notice also seeks feedback from industry on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of this requirement.
DISA is seeking information for potential sources for EMS Engineering and Analysis Support. The Contractor shall perform spectrum supportability risk assessments, conduct spectrum analyses, prepare spectrum certification documentation, perform engineering measurements, conduct MIL-STD testing, and provide other Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) engineering services in support of Department of Defense (DoD), National, and Allied developed and/or sustained spectrum-dependent programs. This program is required under DoD Instruction (DoDI) 3222.03 and DoDI 4650.01. The Government anticipates a single award IDIQ to perform these services.
