DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Defense Health Agency (DHA), 88th Medical Group (MDG) Nutritional Medicine Flight at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH, has awarded a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services contract to provide Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System and Ceiling Cleaning Services at Building 830.
The scope of work includes the comprehensive cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, grease removal devices, and exhaust fans) to bare metal in strict accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96 standards, monthly hood filter inspections, bi-annual hood filter replacements, and the manual sanitization/cleaning of approximately 2,509.15 square feet of painted drywall ceilings.
The period of performance consists of a twelve (12) month Base Year beginning 10 August 2026, with four (4) consecutive twelve (12) month Option Periods.
