Description


The Bulloch County BOC is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. The project shall commence immediately following the issuance of the NTP. The Contractor shall provide a draft report for public comment 180 calendar days after the issuance of the NTP and provide a final draft with address comments 270 calendar days after issuance of the NTP. A request for proposal may be requested by emailing the BC Purchasing Office, at fbragg@bullochcounty.net, going to the County¿s website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or by going to the GPR website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. For all questions concerning the proposal, submit email correspondence to the BC Purchasing Office at fbragg@bullochcounty.net. All email correspondence during the question & answer period must include the project identifier FY25-HMP-EMA01 in the subject line of the email. Proposers are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed RFPs during normal business hours to the BC Purchasing Office. An ORIGINAL PROPOSAL and two copies with any supporting documents along with one digital copy, must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. The deadline for receipt of all proposals is June 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM EDT at which time the proposals will be recorded as received at the Bulloch County Admin Bldg, 115 N. Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458. The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the following: Proposal # FY25-HMP-EMA01; Hazard Mitigation Plan Update; Due Date: June 4, 2025 @ 3:00 PM; Attn: Purchasing Manager. Bulloch Cnty reserves the right to reject any and all offers and to waive any technicalities or informalities.
