Request For Proposals: District Wide Landscaping/Lawn Care Services

Battle Creek Public Schools (the “District”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Lawncare and Landscaping Maintenance Services during the growing season, defined as April through November. The initial contract year will begin May 4, 2026.

Landscaping Maintenance Services will be provided at the District’s nineteen (19) facilities listed in Attachment B1.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award any contract it determines to be in the best interest of the District.

Proposals will be accepted for each individual scope identified in this RFP (Scope 2 and Scope 3). Bidders may submit proposals for one or multiple scopes.
