IFB# 25-0514-3- PAINTING SERVICES (WHIT DAVIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)

The Clarke County School District (¿CCSD or District¿) is inviting bids for qualified contractors to provide PAINTING SERVICES for Whit Davis Elementary School. Bids will be received by the Clarke County School District in the Office of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 1:30 PM (EDT) on MAY 14, 2025. Bids shall be submitted via email.
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held for interested vendors at 8:00 AM (EDT) on MAY 7, 2025 beginning at Whit Davis Elementary School, located at 1450 Whit Davis Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. No alternate dates will be available. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offeror¿s an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. All vendors expecting to respond to this IFB must attend the mandatory site visit at the time and location described herein. Late arrival for a pre-bid conference / site visit may be considered non-attendance and result in rejection of bid. Bids received from vendors who do not attend this meeting may not be considered and will be rejected. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
