IFB# 25-0514-1 - PAINTING SERVICES (HILSMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL & HEALTH CENTER)

The Clarke County School District (¿CCSD or District¿) is inviting bids for qualified contractors to provide PAINTING SERVICES for the Hilsman Middle School & Hilsman Health Center. Bids will be received by the Clarke County School District in the Office of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 12:30 PM (EDT) on MAY 14, 2025. Bids shall be submitted via email.
A Mandatory Conference & Site Visit will be held for interested vendors at 10:00 AM (EDT) on MAY 6, 2025 beginning at Hilsman Middle School, located at 870 Gaines School Road, Athens, Georgia 30605. The site visit at Hilsman Health Center will began immediately after the school visit. No alternate dates will be available. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offeror¿s an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. All vendors expecting to respond to this IFB must attend the mandatory site visit at the time and location described herein. Late arrival for a pre-bid conference / site visit may be considered non-attendance and result in rejection of bid. Bids received from vendors who do not attend this meeting may not be considered and will be rejected. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
