This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 mos. with Lectra USA INC., for continued, uninterrupted use of Lectra Annual Hardware and Software maintenance and support.
Lectra hardware and software maintenance and support is used by DOC for their sewing shop. Lectra USA INC. is the only American entity authorized to commercialize the products of the Lectra company in the US. Lectra USA INC., retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary maintenance and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
