Construction of Concrete Drainage Swoles , Modernization Project

SECTION 00100 - INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas, will accept bids on a General Contract for Construction of Concrete Drainage Swoles , Modernization Project 2026 CFP in Little River County, Arkansas.
The Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas will receive sealed bids until:
10:00 A.M. on September 1, 2026
at the Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas, Executive Director’s Office, 215 Madden, Foreman, Arkansas 71836. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
General Bidders may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents (at no charge) from the Architect on the following basis:
A. Bid documents (Plans and Specifications) will be sent out electronically. General contractors may request bid documents by email to robert@trafirm.com
All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract Documents or by the PHA (Public Housing Authority), submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of the bidder, contract job number, and date and time of bid opening. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor’s License. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et seq. Each bid submitted must contain the following items:
1. Bid form, signed by bidder;
2. A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid;
3. Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders, HUD-5369-A;
4. Non-Collusive Affidavit, signed by bidder;
Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract will be required for contract security.
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, except that the Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids.
Bidder will be required to comply with all public bid laws of the State of Arkansas.
