Project Description: Sealed bids for the rehabilitation project of the Bantz Park and Hudson Park Basketball Courts will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by the City of York, York County, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available by end of day, same date.

Projects are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
NOTE: The Council of the City of York has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of York.
A bid bond by an acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the City of York in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is forty-five calendar days.
The City of York reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
