Solicitation Summary

Wicomico County Public Schools (WCPS) is requesting pre-qualifications from Construction Management at Risk (CMr) firms for various systemic renovation projects, building updates and additions, and new buildings with a scope of $10 Million or less.
The pre-qualified CMr firms will provide a range of pre-construction, construction, and post construction services to assist the Board and its Architect/Engineer with the delivery of various projects. Services will range from constructability reviews, the establishment of budgets and schedules, the determination of MBE goals and objectives, solicitation of trade contracts, establishment of the GMP, organization of the work, contract administration, quality assurance and all aspects of the construction process up to and including commissioning, move-in, occupancy and close-out.

Submissions must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (local time) on August 27, 2026, in the required format outlined in the RFPQ.
