IFB 25-040 Thompson Paving

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) installation of a new driveway and parking area, for Hutchings Psychiatric Center, located at 5562 Thompson Road, New York, NY 13206. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, August 7th, 2025.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Friday, August 15th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders by Tuesday, August 19th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, August 21st, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
