County Project No. EO212-323; FEMA Project No. 673763 Skagit County Public Works Department invites Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Right-of-Way Services, and other related work for the Little Coal Creek Culvert Replacement (Minkler Rd), County project No. EO212-323. Should your firm be interested in submitting a Statement of Qualifications, please do so according to the directions on the Request for Qualifications Legal Notice. Written Statements of Qualifications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025. Any questions regarding this project shall be directed to Rachael Simms at Rsimms@co.skagit.wa.us or (360) 416-1400 by October 30, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM PST. Please email a PDF copy of your Statement of Qualifications with the subject line reading “Little Coal Creek Culvert Replacement (Minkler Rd) EO212-323” to Rachael Simms, Project Manager, at rsimms@co.skagit.wa.us by Thursday, November 13, 2025 no later than 4:00 PM PST. No submittals will be accepted after that date and time.
