OFFICE SPACE - Dutchess County

The State of New York, Division of State Police (DSP) is seeking proposals from qualified landlords interested in entering into a lease agreement pursuant to the New York State Public Buildings Law, to provide approximately 5,000 square feet of office space. The desired space should include 1,000 square feet of heated garage space with the ability to construct an additional 4,000 square feet of office space to tenant specifications to include bathroom facilities. A freestanding/stand-alone building if preferable. A minimum of two overhead doors should provide access to the garage space and must be minimum of twelve (12) feet wide and fourteen (14) feet high. To be a potentially qualified location, the property must be in the Towns of Dover Plains or Amenia, more particularly on, or just off of State Route 22 within a seven (7) mile radius of the intersection of State Route 22 and State Route 343 in the County of Dutchess, State of New York.
