Description
REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT (RFA-SOA)
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The City is seeking experienced and qualified equipment owner/operators (the “Contractor”) with proven ability to provide a variety of equipment and drivers/operators to the City of Surrey Engineering Operations Division.
Services are for a wide variety of small to large-scale projects at various locations within the City on an “as and when” required basis with actual equipment and Services required varying from project to project.
The list is provided as a sample of the preferred equipment that the City is looking for Contractors to supply rates for:
• Tandem axle dump trucks
• Tridem axle dump trucks
• Pony trailers
• Tridem axle pony trailers
• Transfer trailer
• Backhoes – various sizes
• Excavators various sizes
• Dozers various sizes
• Graders
• Road sweepers
• Tandem axle vacuum trucks
• Tandem axle flush truck
• Tandem hydro excavator
• Root cutting truck and associated equipment
• Tandem axle grease cutting truck
• Associated flush truck items
• Pipe Grout services and various equipment
• Crane trucks various sizes
• Crane truck associated items
• CCTV drainage equipment
• Dumps fees, clean fill, sani/contaminated material
• Mowers various types• Transporter low bed for various size equipment
ADDENDA
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFA-SOA, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca (the “BC Bid Website”) and the City website at www.surrey.ca (the “City Website”) that will form part of this RFA-SOA. It is the responsibility of Applicants to check the BC Bid Website and the City Website for addenda. The only way this RFA-SOA may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFA-SOA or may be relied upon by any Applicant. By delivery of an Application, Applicant is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFA-SOA including, any and all addenda.
