6100019728 Manual Doors Repairs Addendum 1

The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor for corrective repairs and replacements of manual doors, and related parts in accordance with the specifications listed herein. This contract shall provide the City with a contractor to repair the hollow metal doors, double hollow metal doors, wooden doors, double wooden doors, storefront doors, clear and frosted glass doors and storm doors for the Convention and Sports Facilities Department (CSF) including the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) and the Alamodome. Replacements of manual doors pertaining to building or facility improvement, remodeling or upgrades are expressly excluded from this contract.
