Project: CC-6515-25/RTB – Southeast Regional (SER) Water Treatment Plant Well #4 Rewiring Project

Scope of Work: The purpose of this project is to disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing 408V 3 phase 350KCMIL wiring and install new 350 KCMIL wiring from MCC2 to well 4 service disconnect.

The Engineer’s estimate for the project is $212,000.0

There will be a mandatory pre-bid for this project and all prospective bidders are required to RSVP in OpenGov prior to that meeting in order to obtain a copy of the plans associated with this project.

The purpose of this project is to disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing 480V 3 phase 350KCMIL wiring and install new 350 KCMIL wiring from MCC 2 to well 4 service disconnect. This shall include the installation of a new stainless steel above grade splice box set on a new concrete pad and a new stainless steel NEMA 4X 200 A safety disconnect at well 4. There shall be only 1 joint allowed in the wiring from MCC 2 to well 4 disconnect. Provide all required wire, fittings, conduit, fasteners, appurtenances and other materials for installation and anchoring. The manufacturer of the new splice box and disconnect shall be Hoffman or equivalent requiring Owner approval. The location is the Seminole County Southeast Regional WTP at 3300 Dike Rd Winter Park FL 32792. The completed project shall result in a fully operational 480V - 3 Phase power feed from MCC 2 to well 4 disconnect.

Contractor shall provide all required equipment and labor necessary to complete the project. This shall include all construction activities as defined herein and in the drawing.

All materials required to complete this project shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost beyond the quoted prices to the Owner. The Contractor shall provide support at start up and testing.
