Alief Independent School District is seeking proposals for Unit Costs for Foundation Repairs. Scope of work will vary by project and location throughout the District. Individual projects will be initiated by the Alief ISD Maintenance Department. Areas of work will be provided to awarded vendors who, using their expertise and experience in foundation repairs, will be responsible for the determination of the solution to resolve the foundation issues in the most satisfactory and cost effective method. The awarded vendor will then provide project costs based upon their proposed solution and utilizing the unit costs awarded in this RFP.
Be advised that, as a Request for Proposal (RFP), this contract may be negotiated. However, pricing should be submitted as the vendor’s best and final offer. The District believes that the data contained in this RFP is sufficient for the preparation of responses to this RFP.
Any awards made as a result of this solicitation will be in effect for one (1) year from the date of Board of Trustee approval. The District may, in its sole discretion, extend any contract for an additional four (4) terms, twelve (12) months at a time.
