The City of Lynchburg / Lynchburg Police Department (LPD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the replacement of its current tactical night vision goggles ITT Model NEPVS14-17 Gen3. This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to identify advanced, law enforcement-specific night vision solutions that meet the operational demands of the LPDâs tactical team. The LPD is interested in acquiring up to 28 sets of night vision goggles with associated accessory kits and adequate protective storage solutions (cases) from one (1) singular vendor. The LPD is open to evaluating different makes, models, and accessories that enhance the tactical performance of its personnel with modern, field-tested technology that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
