INSTRUCTIONS: All price quotes must be entered on the attached Schedule A. The signed
Schedule A shall be Electronically Submitted to the email listed below. Idaho Department of
Lands will award a contract to the qualified vendor submitting the lowest responsible and
responsive quote. The TOTAL PRICE will be the basis for award.
IDL reserves the right to enter negotiations in accordance with IDL Procurement Policy #455.
SITE VISIT: A pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00 AM M.T. on Friday, March 31, 2026,
at 555 Deinhard Ln, McCall, ID 83638. While attendance is not mandatory, interested vendors are
encouraged to attend and participate.
QUOTES DEADLINE AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Quotes must be
received before 2:00:00 P.M. M.T. on April 9, 2026. IDL is not responsible for delayed
delivery of electronically submitted quotes. The date and time of electronically received quotes,
to the IDL email address listed below, will be used to determine if electronically submitted
quotes were received by the due date and time specified. If you are not able electronically
transmit your quote by email you must call 208.666.8613 and your quote will be recorded over
the phone. Mailed Quotes will not be accepted .Late Quotes will not be accepted. Fax
Quotes will not be accepted.

Landscape Services for the Payette Lakes Supervisory Area in McCall, Idaho
per the attached Scope of Work.
Monthly cost is to be all inclusive for all services performed weekly,
twice a week, biweekly, monthly, semi-annually, and/or annually.

Before submitting a quote to the State, respondents are urged to visit the site where the services are to
be performed and fully inform themselves of all the conditions and limitations. Failure to do so will in no
way relieve the successful Contractor of the responsibility in furnishing sufficient materials, equipment
and/or personnel to perform all duties described in the Scope of Work without additional cost to the
State.
Upon mutual, written agreement, the Contract may be renewed, extended or amended. The anticipated
total Contract term is five years.

CONTRACT # 26-8051
SCOPE OF WORK
The work detailed below will be performed as scheduled at the Idaho Department of
Lands, McCall Resource Complex at 555 Deinhard Lane, McCall, ID 83638.
It is the intention of the Scope of Work to set forth the requirements and conditions for
performing Landscape Services at the above location. The Contractor shall perform the
required services in all areas and shall be qualified to furnish a complete and efficient
landscape maintenance service, including labor, supervision, materials and equipment.
1. AREA
All exterior lawn and the planting beds located in front of the Idaho Department of Lands
wing. In additional, all exterior sidewalks should be swept or blown free of debris. See
Attachment 1.
2. WORK TO BE PERFORMED
The following list of work is the approximate schedule to be followed. It is recognized
that landscape maintenance requirements will increase or decrease periodically.
Occasionally specific tasks may be required due to extraordinary circumstances such as
inclement weather, unexpected sprinkler maintenance and/or heavy use by employees
and the public. Additional maintenance shall be negotiated on an as needed basis
provide that both parties agree in advance whenever possible of the additional work and
the rate to be charged. This will require a Contract modification. The Contractor shall
immediately notify Idaho Department of Lands COR, Scott Corkill, if an emergency
arises.
All work must be conducted according to a schedule approved by the COR.
Spring Clean Up:
Mowing:
Power rake (removing debris). Once, between May 1 and June
30.
1x/Week/May 1 through October 31
a) bagger must be used and debris must be removed
b) sidewalks must be swept or blown free of all grass
clippings and/or debris
