Invitation
The District of Barriere (Owner) invites submissions, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), from Proponents for the Cluster C Wastewater Treatment Plant Archaeological Excavation Project.
The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal: Excavation and stockpile of proposed materials in designated locations Protection of existing infrastructure during excavation
Upon successful negotiations between the successful Proponent and the Owner, the successful Proponent will be required to execute an Agreement between the Owner and Contractor. A sample Agreement is included in Appendix B. The Proponent must consider each of the documents outlined in the sample Agreement when preparing their Proposal.
If the successful Proponent and the Owner are not able to successfully enter into an Agreement, the Owner reserves the right to enter negotiations with any backup Proponents.
RFP Closing Time, 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time - August 22, 2025
Proposals should be submitted digitally via BC Bid. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure they are registered with BC Bid and familiar with BC Bid’s digital submission process.
