Notice of Intent for the HPW HVAC B20824 project at WPAFB, Ohi

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposal for the HPW HVAC B20824 project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio.

As part of the construction solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

1. Johnson Controls – This J&A is being prepared for the use of a sole source brand name item from two options, Johnson Controls HVAC Control Software and associated equipment, in the firm fixed price construction contract for the HPW HVAC B20824 project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio.


2. Lithonia Lighting – This J&A is being prepared for the use of a sole source brand name, Lithonia lighting, in the firm fixed price construction contract for the HPW HVAC B20824 project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal: however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USASCE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.

All responsible sources may submit capability which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 12:00 PM ET on 13 JUN 2025 to Mr. Ranzel Merideth at Ranzel.L.Merideth@usace.armt.mil
