Scope of Services:
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is issuing this Request For Proposals from qualified Design-Build firms. Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for BRC0000596 Request For Proposals Design-Build Services Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Continuum of Care Facility located at 14445 Olive View Drive, Sylmar, CA 91342. The Scoping Documents folder contains the Scoping Documents PDF file.
A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. BRC0000596 Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a primary firm (Design-Builder) that selects its own team of subconsultants. Subconsultants must contact primary firms directly to become parts of their teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000596 to join. The link to the pre-proposal virtual conference will be posted on the day of the Microsoft Teams Live Event, Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
