To solicit sealed proposals from qualified independent firm(s) to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide the operation of a specialized residential placements for up to 10 adults living with active and/or acute symptomology related to serious mental illness and may have recently discharged from a private or public psychiatric hospital. The services shall be provided for the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA/Authority), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.This program is to provide 24-hour supervision in one or more homes, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment within a structured residential setting that will maintain the individuals in the community and support their transition toward independent living.
