Western Carolina University is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the New Engineering Building project. This project is for construction of a new facility for the College of Engineering and Technology program comprised of classrooms, offices, laboratories, and associated space necessary to meet requirements of modern, technology- intensive, engineering programs.
