Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals for the acquisition, installation, configuration, and implementation of camera system additions and NowMicro server upgrades for Spartanburg School District Four. All proposed products and services shall meet or exceed the specifications, requirements, terms, and conditions outlined in this solicitation.
Pre-Bid Information:
Date: September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for all prospective bidders on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Location: Spartanburg School District 4 – District Office 118 McEdco Road Woodruff, SC 29388 Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. All prospective bidders intending to submit a bid must attend this conference. Bids submitted by vendors who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will NOT be considered.
