The Town of Yarmouth is seeking qualified proposers to submit proposals for the disposition, by lease, of a portion of Town-owned property located at 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, for the development, installation, operation, and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system, and the sale of electricity to the Town pursuant to a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 16. All proposals shall be submitted and evaluated in accordance with applicable law.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Yarmouth DPW office located at 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, until 2:00 pm EST on September 10, 2026.
