ITB25-031 SOLDOTNA HIGH SCHOOL SIDING
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-031 Soldotna High School Siding. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to install siding on approximately 1/2 of the Soldotna High School and complete all additional related changes / improvements per contract documents. Contractor will remove & replace main entrance doors, hardware and related scope per contract documents.
A pre-bid conference will be held at Soldotna High School, 425 W Marydale Avenue (Main Entrance), Soldotna, AK 99669 on January 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
