FIRE RESTORATION, CHESTNUT HILL E.STN. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE COMPLETE FIRE RESTORATION AND MITIGATION SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, REMOVAL OF FIRE DAMAGED MATERIALS, CLEANING AND DEODORIZING OF ALL AFFECTED AREAS, AS REQUIRED, WITHIN STRUCTURE. CLEANING OF FIRE DAMAGED EXTERIOR. REMOVAL OF ALL ASSOCIATED DEBRIS. WORK WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY SEPTA MANAGEMENT.
