The scope includes, but is not limited to: Demolition, Carpentry, Millwork, Roofing, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Ceramic, Acoustical Ceilings, Signage, Window Treatments, Window Film, Fire Extinguishers, Lockers, Fabric Wall Panels, Appliances, Stone tops, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and Electrical. Please make sure to include Alternate 1 as a separate line item.
