The scope of work also includes but is not limited to a 1,629 feet of walkway of variable width, ADA ramps, two concrete bus pads with shelters, street and pedestrian signal improvements at the intersection of Little River Turnpike and Evergreen/Hillbrook, storm sewer main and structure improvements along Little River Turnpike, replacement of approximately 844 feet of watermains (including 36 feet of 6-inch, 36 feet of 8-inch, and 812 feet of 30-inch), signage and markings, and 259 feet of retaining walls with sections requiring soldier piles. The construction cost for this project is estimated to be between $5 million to $6 million.
