Statement of Work

Hercules Systems Support Contract

A. GENERAL

Scope of Services:

The purpose of this requirement is to provide support for the Hercules patient repositioner units

and Hercules dream air mattresses at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The Contractor

must provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and

services necessary to perform service and maintenance. Contract services must include:

 Unlimited technical phone support

 Service visits with travel and labor included

 Hercules drive unit repair or replacements

 Hercules drive unit and dream air mattress air controller power cord replacements

 Hercules drive unit sheet strap replacements

 PM on drive units, dream air mattress air controller, mattress clips, and dream sheet

assessment completion

 15% discounts on:

o Dream gel or dream air replacement surfaces

o Mattress upgrade package

o Replacement mattress covers

 10% discount on dream sheets

 Free transfers of Hercules units from beds
