Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of wastewater treatment plant improvements which includes headworks, electrical, sewer consolidation, and erosion control will be received by City of Charleston at the office of the Engineer, Mickle Griffin, LLC, 3434 Country Club Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903 until 5:00 p.m. (local time), on Friday, October 2, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
