THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB).
This contract modification is intended to adjust the contract's duration. The contracting approach will shift from a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) option years and an additional six (6) month extension option to a five (5) year firm period with a single six (6) month option period. The scope and quantity requirements of the contract will remain unchanged, with only the period of performance being revised starting on 03/24/2025 and ending on 09/23/2030. A s part of your revised proposal, contractors are allowed to include a 2% or 3% equitable price adjustment, if needed.
This modification extends the RFP due date to March 20, 2025 at 10:00am.
The Government requires to provide the brand of the bottled water offered and indicates that the brand Crystal Springs will not be an accepted brand.
