James City County Library Natural Playground

James City County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct a natural playground, adjacent to the existing James City County Branch of the Williamsburg Regional Library, located at 7770 Croaker Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.  The project includes construction of three earthen mounds, an embankment slide with rock scramble, two wooden caves built into the earthen mounds, a sand play area, as well as constructing a gazebo, and removal of one existing tree. The project will also include a retrofit of the existing gravel path towards the gazebo, and landscaping and seeding/sodding around the area.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment tools, and other appurtenances and /or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications.
