CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
WATER, WASTEWATER, AND SIDEWALK ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Eureka Springs seeks statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for
surveying, infrastructure assessment, engineering design, permitting assistance, and related services for
existing and proposed water, wastewater, and sidewalk improvements. Construction-phase services may
also be requested.
Selection will be based on qualifications and demonstrated capability, followed by negotiation of scope
and compensation with the selected firm.
Obtain the full solicitation and submission requirements from Simon Wiley, CPM, Director of Public
Works, at swiley@eurekaspringsar.gov or (479) 253-9600.
Submissions must be received by September 24, 2026 at 2p.m. at: City Hall, 44 S. Main, Eureka Springs,
Ar. Attn: Mayor.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to proceed with all, part, or none of the
proposed services.
