K-5 Elementary Mathematics Textbooks

The purpose of this Two-Step Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Sealed Request for Proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools for K-5 Elementary Mathematics Textbooks and Instructional Materials to be used by WJCCPS students and teachers. Any qualified Offeror interested in providing services should prepare information in compliance with the specifications described in this RFP.

K-5 Mathematics Textbooks and Instructional Materials support the content and instruction of Virginia’s Standards of Learning with high-quality instructional materials and evidence-based instructional practices. One set of teacher and student materials to include but not be limited to print and digital materials shall be provided for each grade kindergarten through fifth grade.
