The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for replacement of the windows in the apartment units and clubhouse, replacement of the window blinds in the apartment units, replacement of the window stools in the clubhouse, removal and reinstallation of blinds in the clubhouse, and any associated work.
The project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 shall be completed between May 19 and August 15, 2025. Phase 2 will be completed in the summer of 2026 with the dates finalized in the spring of 2026.
