It is the intention of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to establish an agreement with Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) to establish a statewide broadcast campaign on MPR News. This campaign will include digital impressions on their website, podcasts and 15 second spots on MPR for the Nongame Wildlife Program. The DNR has deemed this a sole/single source because of the demographic audience. No other company can act on behalf of MPR and provide this advertising.
