The purpose of this Call for Bids is to solicit bids for the procurement of Maintenance Materials for use by Skagit
County beginning on April 1" of 2026 through March 31, 2027. As per RCW 36. 32. 256, the County reserves the
right to award the bid to more than one vendor, per item, when hauling distance is a factor.
A purchasing contract, or a series of contracts, will be entered into for purchases of one item totaling over$ 25, 000
per year. The County Representative, when making purchases, will consider Price, Quality and Availability of the
product. Skagit County requires materials of the highest quality available.
To provide a standard for comparisons on required delivered items, unless otherwise indicated by the bid
