NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
UNTIL: Thursday, October 1, 2026
ITEM: Forward Searcy Site No. 2
Forward Searcy, Inc. invites interested construction management firms licensed to do business within the State of Arkansas to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide construction management/general contractor (CM/GC) services as a construction management at risk (CMAR)/guaranteed maximum project (GMP) for the development and improvement of Forward Searcy Site No. 2. The project will consist of clearing of approximately 30 acres, minor earthwork, construction of a sanitary sewer pump station, and installation of a sanitary sewer force main adjacent to Searcy Regional Airport.
Only those firms or individuals submitting SOQs which best meet the needs of Forward Searcy, Inc. will be considered.
Forward Searcy, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. Forward Searcy is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals.
