RFP 2026-25: Food Distribution/Services to the Newton County Jail
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking sealed RFPs clearly marked “RFP 2026-25: ”Food Distribution/Services to the Newton County Jail” until 10:00 am Thursday, September 24, 2026, at which The Commission will open and read the RFPs. Sealed RFPs must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any postage due mailings or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Captain Jerry Hornback 417-451-8300. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of The Newton County Commission, 417-451-8223 located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
