North: Starting in the Northwest corner at the intersection of N 5900 W and W 2050 N, moving East on W 2050 N as it turns to W 2150 N, moving North on N 3600 W, moving East on W 2600 N until it connects with I-15 and moves North, then crossing to N Highway 89 and moving South to W Pleasant View Drive, following W Pleasant View Drive as it connects with E Elberta Drive and South on N 700 E, and ending in the Northeast corner at E 2600 N and Mountain Road





East: Starting at the Northeastern corner at the intersection of E 2600 N and Mountain Road, moving South on Mountain Road, continuing on Harrison Blvd South to end in the Southeastern corner at 36th Street and Harrison Blvd





South: Starting in the Southeastern corner at the intersection of 36th Street and Harrison Blvd, moving East S on S 1035 E and then South on Riverdale Road until I-84, following I-84 North to I-15, and moving West on W 4400 S and North on S 1900 W and then East on W 4000 S ending in the Southwest corner at the intersection of W 400 S and S 5100 W

Additional Requirements:




  • Parking must be required pursuant to local code

  • Apron space for the warehouse must be designed and available to support the maneuvering of at least two 72-foot semi-trucks at one time

  • Three (3) docks height doors are required; a leveling ramp is required

  • Sufficient on-premises space must be provided for the support of approximately 1600 kVA of connected load via gas or diesel powered generator and associated fuel.

  • Generator space available must provide sufficient clearances to install the appropriate power transfer and back up equipment needed to provide generator back-ups and UPS service.

  • The hours of operation shall be 24/7/365

  • The local telephone company provider must be able to install two large capacity data circuits a Reliability Configuration-03 dual access configuration providing diversity from two different COs to the Main Point of Entry (MPOE) of the building.

  • Space must be offered on a ground-level slab





Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-year” floodplain).





Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).   1. Address and location of the building or site being offered

  2. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered

  3. Anticipated fully serviced rental rate per Rentable Square Foot (RSF)

  4. Floorplan(s) and site plan(s) of the space being offered in PDF

    1. Details of the loading/dock zone are requested in advance



  5. Parking ratio offered to the Government as part of this transaction at zero cost

  6. Information pertaining to public transportation available within the immediate vicinity of the building
