REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS64 th Avenue South and South James Street
The City of Kent solicits interest from professional consulting firms with expertise in administration and management of federally funded Public Works Construction Projects. This agreement will be a Negotiated Hourly Rate contract and is expected to be awarded in June 2026 and will be approximately 130 working days in duration with the option for the City of Kent to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the above noted project.
Proposals shall be delivered and received, to the City Clerk’s Office, 220 Fourth Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032-5895, no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST) on April 23, 2026.
