On-Call Architectural and Structural Engineering Professional Services

The City is seeking professional architectural and structural engineering services for mid-size projects with a focus on renovations and modifications to existing facilities, including but not limited to: office buildings, community center, outdoor park structures, and site work. In addition, the City is seeking Architectural services specializing in the preservation and rehabilitation of California’s historic structures and fully versed in the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards as well as, the State of California’s Historical Building Code and their implications on individual projects.
