General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Oklahoma City

City: OK



Delineated Area: North: SW 25th Street, SE 15th Street

East: S Sooner Rd, SE 74th St, S Air Depot

Blvd, SE 59th St

South: SW 104th St, NW 27th St, NE 27th St,

West: S May Ave.



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,540

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,071

Space Type: Warehouse

Additional Requirements:  1.5 acres of wareyard space to store large

equipment items such as boats, atv’s, etc.

 Warehouse space to support storage of

program supplies such as steel and wire.

 Heavy live floor load capacity of 100 lbs. per

square foot and minimum ceiling height of 14

feet.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
