Description

The scope of this effort involves supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and relevant Information Technology (IT) programs within the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) IT portfolio in building out and maturing a Product Management (PdM) Community of Practice (CoP) at the IRS IT enterprise level as well as deploying embedded product managers and setting up initial PdM adoption within an agreed-upon subset of high-priority IT programs / products (not exceeding 5 programs / products, to be selected). These initial priority programs / products are just a starting point with opportunity to further scale PdM efforts across additional 15-20 programs / products in a similarly rapid manner, once the original efforts are underway and have demonstrated success.

This work will be done remotely at the contractor's place of business.
