The Minnesota State Arts Board is seeking proposals from individuals or firms with experience and expertise in research and/or outcomes evaluation in two areas: 1) youth development, or 2) health and well-being.
The selected contractors will work with a sample of Arts Board grantees that are using arts to contribute to positive youth development or using arts to improve health and well-being for participants. The contractors will collect data on the outcomes of the grantee projects, will analyze the data, and present it to the Arts Board in a written report. In addition, contractors will create or recommend tools or methods that can be used by other Arts Board grantees working in the areas of youth development or health and well-being, to measure the outcomes their work is producing.
