Description
Contractors shall certify and perform preventative maintenance (PM s)/ certifications of lab hoods for the following equipment located at:
Benjamin Charles Steele VA Clinic 1766 Majestic Lane Billings, MT 59102
Fort Harrison VA Medical Center 3687 Veterans Dr Fort Harrison, MT 59636, in accordance with manufactures specifications.
Items required to be covered under service agreement are as follows:

MOPEC ME400, SN: ME400L09001, EE# 22897, Grossing station: Fort Harrison
BSC NU-425-400, S/N: 161367012714, EE# 28949 located in Billings, MT
