Race Event Parking Services

The County of Volusia - Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) owns various parcels of property close to Daytona International Speedway (DIS). Due to the proximity to DIS, there is a high public parking demand for vehicle parking during race events (such as Rolex24, Daytona 500, Coke 400, etc.) and other events held at DIS (such as Rockville and Turkey Rod Run, etc), collectively referred herein as “DIS Event(s)”. The parcels and areas available for paid vehicle parking are identified in Exhibit A. The County of Volusia, as owner and operator of the DAB, is seeking bids for the operation and management of designated parking areas for DIS Events at the Daytona International Speedway.

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is seeking proposals from companies, non-profit groups, and/or civic organizations interested in providing efficient and effective public parking services to maximize revenue while providing friendly and courteous customer service.
