Summary

The City of Pueblo intends to contract a qualified environmental planning consultant to provide comprehensive National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental planning services for its West Side Improvements project. The project includes the design and construction of Sun Mountain Boulevard from 24th Street to 31st Street (including two roundabouts and the rehabilitation of approximately 70 bus stops to comply with ADA standards on the west side of Pueblo) in Pueblo, Colorado. The City of Pueblo desires to establish one contract with a single consultant for all services requested in this RFP.
